By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
We provide professional carpet, rug mattress and upholstery cleaning services using industry approved equipment and solutions. Results may vary depending on carpet type, age, condition and existing damage. We do not guarantee complete stain or odour removal.
Appointments must be booked in advanced. Cancellation or rescheduling requires 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.
Customers must provide clear and safe access to the areas being cleaned. We are not responsible for moving heavy furniture unless agreed in advance. Breakable or valuable items should be removed before the appointment.
Prices are based on the information provided at booking. Additional charges may apply, if the condition, size, or level of soiling differs from what was described. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking.
We do not guarantee complete stain removal, as some stains may be permanent, including but not limited to, pet stains, bleach marks, dye transfer, and discolouration. Pre-existing wear and tare, discolouration, pet damage, or previous cleaning issues are not our responsibility.
Drying times vary depending on carpet type, ventilation, humidity, and cleaning method. Customers should avoid walking on carpets until fully dry.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or poor carpet installations. Such as loose seems, worn fibres, shrinkage, or colour bleeding. Any concerns or damage claims must reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Customers must disclose any health concerns or allergies before cleaning. Children and pets should be kept away from the work area during and immediately after cleaning until carpets are dry.
If you are not satisfied within the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will attempt to resolve the issue where reasonable.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unhygienic, or if abusive behaviour occurs.
