We utilise the latest equipment and hot water extraction techniques, using a 400psi machine, to ensure that your selected service, is left clean, bacteria free and smelling fresh.

We follow a thorough process to achieve a top quality, professional result!
Our Process involves:
Vacuuming the exposed area to remove any dry debris.
Apply selected pre-spray.
Agitate the pre-spray using twin contra-rotating brushes or hand tool working the cleaning agent deep into the carpet fibres.
We then extract the dirt and stains us
We follow a thorough process to achieve a top quality, professional result!
Our Process involves:

Agitate the pre-spray using twin contra-rotating brushes or hand tool working the cleaning agent deep into the carpet fibres.
We then extract the dirt and stains using a magma heated machine that employs the hot water extraction method with scented cleaning solutions.
Once cleaned, we use floor fans to assist in drying the carpet or upholstery.

Firstly, we need to identify the type of stain eg, food, drink, grease, ink or pet stains to establish the appropriate treatment. We apply professional grade stain removers designed specifically to loosen and break down the stain. Using either hot water extraction or a low moisture method we can remove the stain. Stubborn stains require extra attention, so we will re - treat tough spots if necessary.
Please note some stains are permanent, we are always honest and realistic in what results you can expect!
