We use the Miniflex Compact Extractor with a built in magma heater, which provides virtually instant hot water for the entirety of the clean. Using a 400psi water pump this helps us to achieve professional cleaning results. The 6.6 VAC motor provides  great cleaning results, fast drying times, and the power to run 100ft hoses. We also use the SEBO Duo machine which is great to automatically agitate the pre-spray prior to the hot water extraction, rather than only using a handheld brush. This piece of kit can significantly improve results as the twin contra-rotating brushes open up the carpet pile working the cleaning agent deep into the fibres. We also have specific hand tools when operating on stairs, upholstery, and mattresses. 

We kindly ask that you clear the area for the selected service exposing what you want cleaned. We will not be able to move furniture/fixings etc. For example, remove shoes, sideboards, plant pots to expose the carpet underneath. 

We will need access to power, water, and water disposal outlet (sink/toilet). Power is required to operate the machines (Hoover / Minflex extractor / SEBO Duo / Floor fans). Water is required to fill up the tanks of the Miniflex extractor. The sink/toilet will be used to dispose of the water extracted from the fabric/carpet during the hot water extraction.
